WHO IS BRAD?
Brad – Founder of Be More Fitness | Run Coach | Personal Trainer | Educator | Coach | Author | Community Advocate | Dad & Husband
Brad is a passionate and purpose-driven leader with a heart for helping others unlock their full potential—not just in fitness, but in life. A former educator with 10 years of experience at Sherman Central School, Brad has dedicated much of his life to guiding and mentoring youth both in and out of the classroom. His coaching background spans high school and middle school sports, and his leadership has extended into speaking engagements with run clubs, athletic teams, schools, and even juvenile prisons—reaching individuals from all walks of life.
An avid runner and a dabbler in cycling, Brad brings years of personal and professional experience to his work. As the founder of Be More Fitness, he has created a platform that empowers others to live healthier, purpose-filled lives. His efforts have made a tangible difference: since its inception, Be More Fitness has donated over $100,000 to support the local community and beyond. Brad has also personally helped provide thousands of pairs of shoes, clothing items, and food to those in need, believing that health and dignity should be accessible to all.
In addition to his work with Be More Fitness, Brad is a published author, a personal trainer with E2M Fitness, and a podcast host for The E2M BAD Podcast, continuing to inspire and educate others wherever he can. At the core of all he does is a simple but powerful mission: to help others Be More—stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled.
Above all, Brad is a devoted family man. He shares his life with his wonderful wife, Adrienne, and their two sons, Beckett and Rush, who inspire him daily to lead with purpose, passion, and love.
